Description

The workshop creates a safe space to acknowledge and process emotions. Through guided physical exercises and interactive group processes, participants experience how collective agency can emerge from individual sensations. Brief theoretical inputs from political science, social psychology, and embodiment research provide the framework, but the focus is clearly on practical experience.

Over the course of the workshop, participants learn how emotional reactions arise in the body and affect political situations—and how powerlessness manifests physically—and how to transform it into energy and clarity. Through a combination of theory and numerous experiential exercises, participants tangibly tap into their self empowerment. They directly experience that they are not merely observers but active agents—in their own bodies, in social spaces, and ultimately in democracy as well. This fosters a lasting sense of inner strength and shared responsibility that extends far beyond the workshop.
