Sarah Wenzinger
About
Sarah Wenzinger is a Berlin-based conceptual artist and activist researcher. She studied theatre directing at the HfS Ernst Busch and is currently completing an M.A. in Art in Context at UdK Berlin. Her practice investigates power-critical artistic strategies in relation to urban space, the climate crisis, and technology by translating critical theory into collaborative, accessible formats. She develops and facilitates participatory projects, workshops, walks, and hybrid digital–physical interventions that support collective organizing, learning, and action. Wenzinger has realized long-term projects with institutions such as Neue Nationalgalerie, HKW Berlin, and Node e.V. and has collaborated with museums across Europe on experimental, process-oriented programs and curatorial concepts. Spatial practice, open-source collaborative tools, and radical pedagogy form the core of her work. She was a fellow of the Rebalance Program by the Rudolf Augstein Foundation and an artist-in-residence at Goethe-Institut Kigali, as well as part of the two-year artistic research residency The Archive of Utopian Possibilities at Spreepark Artspace Berlin.
