About
Abimbola is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), pharmacist, management consultant, and tech innovator focused on improving healthcare performance in Africa. She is Founder & CEO of Advantage Health Africa, which enables D2C and B2B medication distribution and improves access, affordability, and quality of medicines in Nigeria. Its flagship platform, myMedicines, supports last-mile medication access through technology, aggregation, digital health services, and pharma products.
Previously, she served as COO of the Tony Elumelu Foundation. She was PRO of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (2023–2024), sits on the boards of Safe Medicines Foundation and an HMO, and is a Master Trainer on Corporate Governance for the Institute of Directors and other organizations.
She mentors for WIMBIZ and the Google StartUp programme, and leads The Pharmacists Leadership Stimulant Programme, now in its 8th year with 700+ participants.
Her work has earned awards including the Bayer Foundation Women Empowerment Award, Google Black Founders Fund, African Business Heroes, She Wins Africa, and Mirror Newspaper Hero of Our Time Award (2026).
