Silke Botsch

Silke Botsch (*1967, Berlin) is a Berlin-based editor and filmmaker working across narrative cinema, experimental film, and AI-based image production. Her work as a first editor has been shown at major festivals including Berlinale, Cannes, Sundance, and Locarno. With a background in editing, she explores rhythm, perception, and subjective realities. Her recent projects focus on AI as a creative tool. Her debut AI feature GRACE (2025/26) blends autobiographical storytelling with experimental documentary forms. She also lectures on AI as a creative tool at universities.
