Maria Luisa Stasi
Head of law and policy for digital markets
About
I am a competition lawyer by training, with considerable experience in designing and developing complex research, policy and advocacy projects in the field of digital markets regulation. I focus on the relation between technology, market power and the public interest. I am currently the Head of Law and Policy for digital markets at ARTICLE 19, a British international human rights organisation that promotes freedom of expression and freedom of information worldwide. I hold a PhD in Law from Tilburg University, as well as an LLM from the College of Europe. I am the proposed class represantative of a class action against Microsoft before the CAT, in the UK, for what I claim are abusive behaviours in several company's licencing practices.
