Heike Klüver

Heike Klüver is an internationally recognized scholar of democracy and Professor of Political Science at Humboldt University of Berlin, where she directs the Humboldt Governance Lab. Her research examines how democracy can be strengthened in the digital age. Working closely with partners in politics, public administration, and civil society, she uses experimental and data-driven methods to turn scientific evidence into practical interventions to strengthen democratic resilience.
