About

Ninell is a third-year PhD fellow at the Center for Philosophy of AI at the University of Copenhagen, with affiliations to the Pioneer Center of AI, Denmark, and the Machine Intelligence and Normative Theory Lab at ANU. Her research focuses on the philosophical assumptions underlying AI existential risk research as well as their complex sociocultural and sociopolitical embeddings, for which she uses methods from philosophy, social sciences, and STS. She is also interested in feminist (epistemological) approaches to critiquing and reimagining AI technology and the AI ecosystem.
