Inventing the Solarpunk Future: A regenerative Prototyping Jam

Join Jay Cousins and Agnes & Denny (Solarpunk NOW) for an hour curated jam session at the Makerspace. We invite you to "Invent the Solarpunk Future" in a hybrid prototyping lab where tactile creativity meets (re)generative AI.

Participants dive into a hands-on workflow using our circular maker kit—featuring reusable Infinity Stonepaper for sketching and the biomimetic Beenius system for rapid construction. You will build physical models of regenerative solutions, from modern compost toilets, urban energy harvesters to resilient community spaces. This process allows for intuitive "thinking through making."

But the prototype is just the prompt. We digitize these physical inventions and use generative AI to instantly weave them into detailed Solarpunk narratives and future scenarios. These stories are displayed in a live, growing digital exhibition on-site.

This format bridges analog craft and digital storytelling, proving that technology can amplify human imagination. Come build a future where nature and tech coexist.
