Description

Micro-dramas are everywhere: ultra-short, highly emotional serialized formats developing alongside TikTok and Instagram Reels — and designed to pull viewers back again and again to watch the next episode.

This 60-minute interactive session invites participants to understand how micro-dramas work. Through selected examples, guided observation, and collective discussion, the session explores the emerging medium of micro-dramas: serialized storytelling taken to the extreme.

Participants will examine how narrative, cliffhangers, repetition, and data analysis shape attention, emotion, and commitment — often more effectively than longer formats.

No prior knowledge is required. The session is open to anyone interested in digital culture, media dynamics, and contemporary storytelling.
