Description
Embodied Resonance is a 60-minute gently guided somatic movement and rest workshop. An embodied counterpoint to the vibrant intensity of re:publica. Set in a calm, device-free space, the session invites participants to step out of constant input and into sensation, resonance and subtle perception.
The practice unfolds as a soft arc: arriving, attuning and slowly opening into movements that support the release and rebalancing of fascial structures and neural pathways, informed by neurological principles. From there, participants are guided into free, fluid movement, non-performative, intuitive and entirely self-paced followed by breath-based regulation and a guided resting phase.
Rooted in somatic movement practices, Body-Mind Centering®, Continuum-inspired approaches and open improvisation, the workshop explores the body as an intelligent, relational system. No movement is required to look a certain way. Everything is optional, adaptable and inclusive. The class is accessible, barrier-aware and suitable for all bodies and levels of experience.
Resonant Pause offers a shared moment of embodied listening - connected, present and radical in its gentleness.
No music. No sound. No screens.
